Returns/Exchanges

At this time we are unable to offer ‘Returns’, 'Exchanges' or ‘Refunds’. We hope that changes soon as we continue to grow and our business evolves. Scituate Surf Co. is a small, start-up focused on sustainability. That means, we endeavor to minimize our footprint and apparel waste by not holding a physical store location or carrying inventory. All products ordered are custom prints, made specifically for you and your loved ones. To avoid any unnecessary returns, we ask that you double and triple check the size chart(s) before smashing that order button. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 calendar days and we’ll do our best to accommodate you; Brandon@Scituatesurf.com. We hope you love our gear as much as we do but the last thing we want is for you to experience hard feelings or bad vibes. 

If we come to an understanding, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase and the unworn and original condition product to be returned to us in Scituate, Ma; you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. To ensure we receive your shipment, we highly recommend adding tracking to your parcel. Scituate Surf Co. is not responsible for any gear lost in transit.

Production or Quality Issues

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To request a replacement or refund please refer to the Order Delivery Confirmation email. Within that email is a link (report a problem).
