How long will my order take?
All orders are processed/produced within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The standard estimated delivery time after production is 2 to 5 business days

What is your return and refund policy?
We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-hours for the tracking information to become available.

How can I care for my apparel to keep it looking its best?
To ensure your apparel stays looking its best, we recommend following these general care tips:
- Wash with like colors in cold water to prevent any color bleeding.
- Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints and textures.
- Avoid using bleach and harsh detergents.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve the shape and size.
- Iron on a low setting if necessary, and avoid direct ironing on prints.
Due to our collaboration with multiple manufacturers, care instructions may vary slightly between products. For specific garment care, please refer to the care label attached to each item.
How does your Bonfire Hoodie Fit?
The Bonfire Adult Hoodie runs true to size. We recommend going up a size for extra comfort, because who doesn't love a hoodie that hoodies.
For all other products please refer to each product's size chart.
How do I pick the right size?
Due to our collaboration with multiple manufacturers, sizing will vary slightly between products. Before tossing your new favorite gear in your cart, please make sure to review its measurements in the size chart.
Do you offer Toddler sizes?
At this time we are only offering kids sizes. To see if the sizes we offer will fit your littles ones, please refer to the sizing charts on the kids clothes.
